Refund Policy

Once the course has commenced, no refund shall be claimed as a matter of right.

If a student has paid the full course fee in one-time payment and discontinues the course before completion, the institute may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund only on a monthly installment basis.

The fee for the months already attended or allotted will be strictly deducted. The remaining amount (if any) may be refunded only if the student submits a written course discontinuation request during the running course period.

No refund will be entertained under any circumstances if:

• The student informs the institute after completion of the total course duration
• The student remains absent without prior written notice
• The student approaches the institute later claiming non-attendance

Any verbal communication, delayed request, or post-course claim shall be treated as invalid and unacceptable.

The decision of the institute regarding refund shall be final and binding.

कोर्स शुरू होने के बाद फीस रिफंड करना छात्र का अधिकार नहीं होगा।

यदि किसी छात्र ने पूरे कोर्स की फीस एक साथ (One Time Payment) जमा की है और वह कोर्स बीच में छोड़ देता है, तो रिफंड पर निर्णय केवल संस्थान की इच्छा और नियमों के अनुसार लिया जाएगा।

रिफंड की गणना मंथली इंस्टॉलमेंट के आधार पर की जाएगी, जिसमें छात्र द्वारा अटेंड किए गए या आवंटित महीनों की फीस पूरी तरह काट ली जाएगी।

शेष राशि (यदि कोई हो) केवल तभी दी जाएगी जब छात्र कोर्स के दौरान ही लिखित रूप में कोर्स छोड़ने की सूचना देगा।

निम्न परिस्थितियों में किसी भी हाल में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा:

• यदि छात्र कोर्स की पूरी अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद सूचना देता है
• यदि छात्र बिना सूचना के लंबे समय तक अनुपस्थित रहता है
• यदि छात्र बाद में आकर यह दावा करता है कि वह बीच में नहीं आया था

मौखिक जानकारी, देर से दिया गया आवेदन या कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद किया गया कोई भी दावा अमान्य माना जाएगा।

रिफंड से संबंधित संस्थान का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
